By creating an account, uploading a report, purchasing a plan, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Purpose of the Service

The website helps Flipkart sellers organise seller reports, map SKUs, group products, record product costs and advertising expenses, and estimate sales, fees, returns, settlements, and profit.

Calculation Disclaimer

All calculations are estimates based on the reports, mappings, costs, and settings provided by the user. The service does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, audit, or financial advice. Sellers must independently verify all figures before filing GST or income-tax returns, setting prices, making business decisions, or relying on calculated profit.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and lawful information.
Upload only reports the user is authorised to use.
Keep login credentials secure.
Review SKU mappings, Product Groups, costs, fees, advertising expenses, and imported report data.
Maintain original Flipkart reports and proper business records.
Comply with Flipkart policies and applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

Users must not attempt to access another seller's workspace, bypass subscription restrictions, damage or overload the service, upload malicious files, reverse engineer protected functionality, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Trials, Plans, and Payments

Access may be provided through a free trial or paid subscription. Features, usage limits, prices, and plan durations may change. Paid access may be restricted or suspended if payment is unsuccessful, reversed, disputed, or overdue.

Availability and Report Format Changes

Flipkart may change report formats, columns, fee structures, or seller data without notice. Such changes may temporarily affect imports or calculations. The service may also be interrupted for maintenance, security, updates, or technical reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from incorrect source data, wrong SKU mapping, user-entered costs, Flipkart report changes, calculation errors, lost profits, tax consequences, service interruption, or business decisions made using the tool.

Account Suspension or Termination

An account may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for misuse, fraud, security threats, non-payment, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these terms.
