Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation
A user may request cancellation of future renewal or paid access by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewal where applicable but does not automatically delete the user's account or stored seller data.
Refund Eligibility
Payments are generally non-refundable after paid access has been activated. A refund may be considered where required by law or in cases such as:
- A verified duplicate payment.
- An incorrect amount charged due to a payment-processing error.
- Paid access not being activated within a reasonable period after successful payment.
- A prolonged material service-access failure attributable to the website and not resolved after support review.
Non-Refundable Situations
A refund will normally not be provided for change of mind, failure to use the service, incorrect report upload, wrong SKU mapping, incorrect costs entered by the seller, misunderstanding of calculated profit, Flipkart report-format changes, temporary maintenance, or suspension caused by violation of the Terms & Conditions.
Trial Period
Users should evaluate available features during any free trial before purchasing a subscription.
How to Request a Refund

Processing Time
Approved refunds will normally be initiated through the original payment method where practicable. Actual credit time depends on the bank, card network, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
Chargeback and Abuse
Fraudulent refund claims, repeated misuse, or unjustified chargebacks may result in restriction or termination of the account.
